You can send us your photos when you order, by including a public link that contains the photos (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, etc). You can even send us the link to a public listing of the home (e.g., real estate listing).
Our designers need a few pictures of every room from different angles, including any hallways, doors or windows. This helps them create an accurate floorplan. Don't worry about taking too many photos; once the floorplan is ready, you'll have full control over which ones you make public. Most people include 3-4 photos per room.
Photos don’t have to be high resolution – a normal smartphone quality is typically good enough. Some people include a short video walkthrough to help us understand the layout – this is helpful but not required.
You’ll receive your interactive floorplan typically within 24 hours. Our designers will first review the photos and determine if they have enough information to create an accurate floorplan. If we need more info, we’ll email you - this may extend the time frame for completion.

Yes! Interactive floorplans make a great gift for your friends and family, whether they just bought their first home, completed a remodel or moved to a new apartment. You can purchase it yourself and send them the email you receive, or share the viewer link as a surprise.
You can use the editor to change which photos are shown in your interactive floorplan, rearrange photos, rename the floorplans or add and edit captions. Reorganized the living room? No problem – snap a new pic, upload it in the editor, tag it to the floorplan and you’re up to date!
If you need to make adjustments to your floorplan layout or exterior blueprint (for example, if a room was missed), let us know via email and include any additional photos or helpful information. We’ll make any adjustments needed and send you a new version at no additional cost. If you’re not satisfied with the end result, we’ll refund you 100%, no questions asked.
No, the link does not expire. You can use it and share it as long as you want.
Single family standalone homes are typically the best candidates for an interactive floorplan, though we’ve also done apartments and other types of properties. Keep in mind that for ease and convenience, we do this purely based on photos so there’s no need for an on-site visit. We’re working hard on improving our ability to create interactive floorplans for more types of homes.
No problem! We can create floorplans for each floor, as long as we have enough photos of every room and any connecting spaces or staircases.
We do our best to ensure floorplan and relative dimensions of rooms are as accurate as they can be. Keep in mind we work only with the photos you provided to keep this easy and convenient; as a result it's impossible to provide exact dimensions. If you need to make adjustments to your floorplan layout or exterior blueprint (for example, if a room was missed), let us know via email and include any additional photos or helpful information. We’ll make any adjustments needed, at no additional cost. If you need precise measurements (i.e., you want to replace your kitchen counters), we recommend getting a service that can come on site and take full measurements.

Your interactive floorplan will be visible to anyone you share the standalone link with. Typically, you’d share the standalone link with friends or on social media, and keep the editor link private so others cannot make changes. If you accidentally share the wrong link, let us know and we can create a new one for you.
Your payment info goes directly to Stripe, a PCI Level I certified payment processing system that securely processes your payments. Your payment information is never stored on our site.
